What format should my files be in?

This format.

If my printed piece has two sides how should I prepare the files?

Please submit the front and back as separate files.

Ummm proofs?

We got two kinds for you:

A PDF proof or soft copy proof will guarantee the position and typeset of the print. This free service will also show the images as they are, but since you’ll be viewing it through your individually calibrated computer screens, the colors you see in your screen are not exactly the same colors we see in ours. Also, colors on screen vary slightly once they’re on paper.

A contract or hard copy proof is a single run of the job. This will precisely show how the final piece will look and feel like. It’s also $25.  Most of the time, a PDF proof is enough, but if the tiniest nuance of color is important to the job, better get a hard copy proof.
