What is your turnaround time?
GreenPostcards.com offers two levels of quick eco-friendly printing services. The express turnaround is 3 business days from the time the project files are approved. For example, if a job is approved on Tuesday it will be shipped or ready for pick up on Friday.
The standard turnaround is 5 business days from the time the project files are approved. For example, if your file is approved on Tuesday it will be shipped or ready for pick up on the following Tuesday.
What kind of shipping do you offer?
Our standard shipping is UPS ground, or you may choose direct pick up at our shop.
Do you ship FedEx?
At this time we do not use FedEx for one simple reason: UPS is a union business and FedEx is not.
Do you do design and layout?
We are equipped to do layout and design. If you would like more information please send an e-mail to info@amacielprinting.com and we will get back to you with the specifics for design and layout.
Do you offer web based templates?
At this time we do not have web based templates or software based templates for printed products, however we are actively exploring this option and hope to offer it soon.
What format should my files be in?
Please refer to preparation questions.
If my printed piece has two sides how should I prepare the files?
Please submit the front and back as separate files.
